In January 2023, Fred & I quit our jobs!!! We picked up our new little camper & traveled for 2+ months. Pure. Heaven. This photo shows our new camper on the rim of the Colorado River in Glen Canyon (near Page, AZ). We are home now just south of Raleigh, NC but hope to travel full time one day, maybe in the camper, & maybe airbnb’ing overseas…

I am excited to have time & space to work on my art. Stay tuned for new work! I have had more art ideas in the last 4 weeks than I had in the last 4 years :)

Just back from Bangkok— hot, crazy, wonderful, frenetic, and did I mention hot? Bangkok was quite the experience— an amazing mix of old and new, friendly people, Chinatown, midnight flower markets, floating markets, temples and monks, street food vendors everywhere. Multiple exposure seems fitting for Bangkok and its beautiful chaos.

dracula’s castle, budapest

Vajdahunyad Castle, Budapest. Reported to be Bram Stoker's inspiration for Dracula's castle.

It was our last night in Budapest. The bus for Prague was leaving very early the next morning. I went back to the hotel to pack. Fred took his camera out for a few last shots. I got a text from him a bit later that it was snowing so I grabbed my camera and ran out to meet him. Sleep is overrated. This stunning place was just a few blocks from our hotel. Pure magic.
